3. The inclination adjustment direction of the supporting roller shall be determined according to the rotation direction and movement direction of the cylinder. When the cylinder moves downward, the supporting roller with small upward thrust shall be adjusted first; When the cylinder moves upward, the supporting roller with large upward thrust shall be adjusted first. If there is any wrong or skewed supporting roller, it shall be corrected first. Adjust the supporting roller, first the one with large load, then the one with small load.
4. The supporting rollers newly installed or overhauled should be placed in parallel according to the kiln centerline, not necessarily in an oblique direction. After the adjustment of the centerline, the supporting rollers should be adjusted according to the centerline.
5. When adjusting the supporting roller, if the amount of entry exceeds 5mm, the kiln body should be jacked up. If the kiln is jacked up, it is easy to cause the supporting roller to break the shaft and the jacking wire to be skewed, so enough attention must be paid. The amount of one-time adjustment shall not be too large, generally 1-2mm; Do not adjust only on a pair of supporting rollers.
6. Ensure the uniform drying of corn processing equipment materials. According to experience and drying time, it is estimated that the grain has been dried before discharging. The products taken out can be moved to other places for processing.
