Cooking part: the soaked buckwheat is continuously digested and processed to regulate the quality of tartary buckwheat, so as to ensure the yield of buckwheat during shelling, the automation of production process, no steam overflow, and improve the production environment;

Drying part: the boiled buckwheat is dried and dehydrated to provide dry buckwheat for subsequent sections and improve the capacity of subsequent shelling sections;

Sifting and grading part: the buckwheat is distinguished between large and small grains, and then the buckwheat with different sizes are sent to different shellers for shelling processing to ensure the yield of whole rice and reduce the crushing loss;
