Huayu Wantong We designed and built the mung bean peeling production line. According to the characteristics of mung beans, we adopted professional mung bean peeling technology. The mung beans after peeling have less loss, high yield, and are clean. The mung bean kernels produced by single machine are better than the finished products brought by foreign customers.
Huayu Wantong introduced the wall breaking technology into the existing mung bean peeling process, and cooperated with the self-developed mung bean peeling equipment to improve the yield and purification rate of the finished mung bean peeling products. The core process can be divided into several processes: grain cleaning - stone removal - specific gravity concentration - wall breaking - pretreatment - peeling - petal breaking - powder removal - color separation - classification - packaging.
Technical characteristics
Wall breaking processing technology: Huayu Wantong introduced wall breaking technology into the existing mung bean peeling processing technology;
Specific gravity screening: according to the impurity content of mung bean raw grain, strengthen the cleaning process, introduce the specific gravity screening link, remove the unsaturated grains of mung bean, and improve the product quality;
Mung bean peeling machine: the mung bean peeling equipment independently developed by Huayu Wantong has improved the yield and purification rate of mung bean peeling products;
Automatic control system: in combination with corn, millet, rice and other processing technologies, efficient dust removal and automatic control systems are introduced to accurately control the quality, so that the processing workshop is dry and dust-free, and mung bean processing is designed as an automated complete project.
